Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

SECTION 1 – RETURNS

Website: Any products purchased via our website wombtogrow.co.uk are subject to our 14-day change of mind returns policy. You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your product to request a return and/or refund. Once we have accepted your return, you must return the item to us within 14 days after our acceptance. Your product must be returned unused and in its original unopened packaging. We will not refund any costs incurred to you by returning the product(s) to us. See SECTION 5 for our shipping policy.
If 14 days have passed from the date you received your order, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange under our 14-day change of mind returns policy.
In-store: Any products purchased in person in-store are non-returnable due to change of mind.
Faulty products: The above policies do not apply if you’re product has arrived faulty or develops a fault within the warranty period given by the manufacturer. If either occurs, the first point of contact should be us (Womb to Grow), we will then work with you to confirm the fault and arrange a repair or replacement. Please see SECTION 3 for our warranty claims and procedures.

SECTION 2 – REFUNDS

Any refund that is given will be credited back to the original method of payment. If the refund is made to your debit/credit card, your bank dictates the length of time that it takes for the funds to be available to you, usually 3-5 working days.
Where the original payment method is PayPal, due to PayPal charging fees, these will be deducted from the final refund amount processed. This only applies to our 14-day change of mind returns policy for purchases made via our website.
Any refunds where the original payment method was cash will require a length of time for us to arrange. This will be communicated with you. Due to us not keeping large amounts of cash on-site and the current situation with bank availability, the processing time for a cash refund could be extended beyond our usual processing times.
We are happy in any refund process to give you full value store credit instead of a refund to your original method of payment.
Pre-order cancellation. You can request a cancellation of a pre-ordered product at any time before the stated date of availability. The refund will be made to the original method of payment as set forth in the above policy. Please see our Terms & Conditions Policy for more information relating to pre-orders.

SECTION 3 – WARRANTY

Unless manufacturers specify any different warranty terms or lengths, the following terms and conditions are in
place. Manufacturers set a length of time that they are willing to accept warranty claims for products sold. This is usually 12 months. Every manufacturer has their own set of warranty claim points that they use to assess whether any issue arising can be claimed for under the warranty provided. Womb to Grow are unable to influence the decisions made by the manufacturers at any point during the process.
Womb to Grow will not accept liability and/or responsibility for any issue/fault arising after the first 14 days of receipt of your product. Any issue/fault will become part of a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
The first port of call for any issue/fault should be Womb to Grow. Once we have assessed the issue/fault, we will communicate any relevant information to the customer to forward a claim to the manufacturer. Usually this results in the product being sent to the manufacturer for inspection. The manufacturer reserves the right to decline any warranty claim. At this point, Womb to Grow will arrange for the product to be delivered back to your home address (if courier collected) or make available for collection from store. Any products not collected from store within 28 days of delivery to store will be disposed of.

SECTION 4 – PAYMENT PLAN

When a payment plan is setup in-store a stated deposit is paid. Once this amount has been paid, you have a 14-
day cooling offer period. If during the 14 days after opening your payment plan you change your mind, we will refund you the full amount you paid. After 14 days from opening your payment plan, the deposit becomes non-refundable under any circumstances.
Products purchased using the payment plan method of payment are exempt from any change of mind policy.
Due to the nature of payment plans, under no circumstances will there be a cash/card refund given irrespective to the reason for refund. All refunds will be given as store credit (if relevant).

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING

You will be responsible for arranging your own shipping, at your own cost, to return your product to us. This does
not apply if your product is faulty and due to be inspected by the manufacturer.
We would recommend that you insure your product to the full retail value, to ensure that in any event your product gets damaged/lost in transit, a claim can be made to the courier/delivery company to reimburse the product value. If the product is not insured, and the product is subsequently damaged or lost, Womb to Grow will not be liable and therefore unable to refund the agreed amount. You will be responsible for claiming with the courier for damage or loss.

None of the above policies remove your rights as laid out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
