Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

 

Returns:

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. All ex-display products are null and void from returns and refunds unless otherwise stated.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Warranty/Guarantee:

Unless manufacturers specify any different warranty/guarantee terms and lengths, the following terms and conditions are in place. Manufacturers specify a set length return to manufacturer warranty/guarantee on their products (usually 12 months). Every manufacturer has their own set of warranty/guarantee claim points that they use to access whether any issue arising can be claimed under the warranty/guarantee provided. Womb to Grow offer a 30-day return to shop guarantee. Womb to Grow will not accept liability/responsibility for any issues arising after the set 30-day return to shop guarantee. Any issues arising with a product after the 30-day return to store guarantee will become part of a warranty/guarantee claim with the manufacturer. The manufacturer reserves the right to decline a warranty/guarantee claim. Within the given warranty/guarantee period the customer should make first contact with Womb to Grow to assess the issue and to confirm whether a warranty/guarantee enquiry is relevant for the issue that has arisen. Womb to Grow will at this point give relevant information to the customer to forward a claim to the manufacturer.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us.
We would recommend insuring your product return as we will not be liable for any damage caused in transit.
You are also able to return any products to our shop at the below address.

PayPal Payments:

Any refund made due to change of mind will be subject to the relevant PayPal fees.  If a refund is required due to an error made on the business side, no fees will be chargeable.

 

Please note:

The above PayPal Payments policy does not apply to debit/credit card payments and there are no fees charged regardless of refund reason if paying directly via debit/credit card.
